Residential Service is our passion!  It lends great job satisfaction to meet with real people while assisting them in resolving their real problems.  Whether it is broken, running slow, you have accidentally deleted important files, or you just want a better solution, we are here for you!  We are proud to offer Online Assistance, which is capable of resolving 75% of our cases, and old fashioned "house calls."

While maintaining the ability to process credit cards, and having evaluated our competition, we feel comfortable with our rates, and they are straightforward.  If you feel that our rates are not competitive, please let us know.  With no leased office space, no utilities, no van with custom logos, and no secretary to answer phones and take notes, our overhead is minimized.  What we do have is old fashioned one-on-one assistance in a highly technical and specialized field.  We are as honest as the year is long (most business is by word of mouth), and we stand by our work.  Time is charged in half-hour increments...so a simple fix doesn't require talk of using a credit card, but you can use one if you would like.
