  1. What is Solufix Live Online Assistance?
    • You can Solufix Live Online Assistance to solve your computer woes!  We can tune-up your PC, solve configuration problems, and configure services such as offline backup.  We can also use it to solve/remove problems such as virus infection, malware, and spyware.  Online Assistance is the fastest way for us to help you.  If you have a connection to the Internet, this is probably the ideal way to solve non-Hardware issues.  
    • We offer lower rates for this service, as no "windshield time" is required.
    • A Fast-Access Internet connection is preferred, but it will work with a 56kb dial-up if we are patient.
    • The method used to connect is encrypted & secure.
    • The process is simple for you--no software to install or configurations to change--just click!
    • You can watch everything that transpires, or you can go about your normal business while we correct your problems.
    • You can stop the session at any time by right-clicking on the Solufix icon located in the system tray (by your clock), and clicking on "Close."
    • You can still move the mouse & use your keyboard--your local console take precedence over our remote use.
    • You can collaborate in 'instant message' fashion with us to ensure that you are satisfied.
  1. How do I pay for services rendered?
    • We invoice local businesses with terms NET 30.
    • Online Assistance:  After we evaluate the scope of your problem, we discuss it with you either via Instant Message, or by telephone in real-time.  We normally invoice Online Assistance Customers and process payment during the online assistance session.
    • On-Site Visits:  We accept cash, check, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover).  New residential clients are invoiced at the time of service.  Established residential clients are invoiced with terms NET 30. 
    • Service Contracts:  We invoice our clients monthly, unless otherwise requested.
